The room itself was generally clean, large, and great. My only complaint was that the sofa had stains. The property was responsive to emails. The breakfast, which is included, was delicious and had lots of vegetarian options. And when I needed something like lotion or a food bowl, I appreciate that it was delivered quickly, and by a cute robot.

My hotel room looks very new, spacious and very clean. All the staff were very helpful, professional and friendly. There were lots of variety for the breakfast buffet. Nice hotel, big room, excellent shower and good breakfast. We found the check-in and check-out quite frosty and there was no apology for the dirty, blood stained duvet cover that had to be changed 3 times (because every replacement was also stained). We weren't even asked how our stay was.
