Staff could be me more warmer/welcoming although it could just be a Vienna thing. Bar area not open until 6pm which isn’t helpful if you want a drink while at the hotel. The room was very spacious and had good facilities, with a 2 night stay I would have expected the tea/coffee to be topped up. Also thebhotel does have good transport links and a supermarket next door which is convenient.

Sadly windows didn’t open! Hotel situated further away from the centre of Vienna than we anticipated,but easy access to and from, without all the noise of the centre!
