A wonderful Christmas spent at this friendly hotel! Welcoming reception staff, an absolutely brilliant bar tender who was kind to me and made me feel at home. Great breakfast, clean room, quiet and peaceful. Easy to walk into central Bergen in 10 mins!

Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Giselda front of house in the Breakfast restaurant was so welcoming it made me feel at home it was amazing how she remembered my name, prety impressive with the number of residents staying there in the hotel. Gave me a lovely send off .Frederick at the bar was professional, hard working and knowledgeable. The Breakfast was amazing with the choice , quality considering how many residents they had staying. All in all I didn't say goodbye, just until we meet again.

Bærer preg av slitasje. Hadde renhold av rom under oppholdet og sengetøyet/ dynene ble bare «kastet» på sengen. Møtte på renholdspersonalet som satt på gulvet i gangen og tekstet med mobilen. Fikk ikke rene håndklær. Rommet var mørkt og det var dårlig lys. Lite fasciliteter på rommet. Fjernkontrollen til tv var møkkete og seig. Kommer ikke tilbake.

Hotellet ligger veldig sentralt noen få meter unna togstasjonen. Fine rom, noen med badekar. Trimrommet var veldig lite, men jeg var ikke der for å trene, så det gjorde ikke meg noe. Frokosten hotellet tilbyr er den beste jeg har vært borti (jeg har vært på mange hoteller verden over). Du får alt du kan ønske deg ☺️
