I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. While the building is older, they’ve done a great job keeping everything updated and well-maintained. The location is fantastic—within walking distance to plenty of great restaurants, and there’s a neighborhood Walmart right across the street, which was super convenient. Overall, a comfortable and convenient place to stay, especially if you're looking to be close to dining options and shopping. Would definitely recommend for a short stay!

Good service; renovation needed
The room we had was very large and roomy. Lobby was in good condition. The staff was very nice and accommodating. Room sink was clogged but was cleared quickly by maintenance. The room had a large window facing a wall about 3 feet away from it. It was a bit run down and beds were awful; mattresses definitely need to be replaced. Overall it served our purpose.

The pillows were not good, in my opinion. They were some type of down? They seemed firm at first, but sink during use, becoming flat and uncomfortable. Other than that, the staff was very friendly amd welcoming, i would definitely stay here again.

The battery in my room door died so I was locked out of my room for awhile. The hotel did offer to take me to my meeting but they finally got the door opened. They offered to comp me a nights stay for the inconvienence but was only able to provide me points equivalent to a nights stay per the hotel due to going through a third party.
