Check in was a little slow, but everything else was amazing! Great stay with amazing access to the Mall of America.

Beds were extremely uncomfortable. Room service food was TERRIBLE. There were rose pedals left on the floor from the pervious people that stayed in our room. Gross. The carpet was sticky. The little fridge was dirty. Wasn’t worth the money at all.

I arrived only two he greeted by a line of about 60 people waiting to check in in front of me. The fact that this place doesn’t do digital check-in is in sane. Then, after finally getting checked in, I proceeded upstairs only to have to wait in line again for the elevator. By the time I got to my room it was about two hours later.

They only have one hotel shuttle and made us wait on a flight crew at the airport for 40 minutes. The driver forgot to close the back door of the shuttle and our luggage almost fell out on the road. Due to our wait the we missed getting to eat because the restaurant closed while we were waiting. The website advertises 25 hour room service and does not have it. The next morning we had an appointment for the shuttle and was still forced to wait for a flight crew at the hotel. Upon exiting the shuttle ( my husband and I were out first) the driver made us stand there in the frigid cold while he unloaded all of the flight crews nags that were not even all the way off the shuttle yet. Totally Rude!!!!

This location was perfect for our family trip to Mall of America. The hotel is lovely! We definitely did notice that more travelers came on Friday night than during the weeknight. Excellent amenities and service.

Hotel not maintained well. Our room was dirty, the hallways looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed in weeks, the furniture in our room was beat up, the phone in the room didn’t work unless you put your head right next to the base and even a button in the elevator was broken. They had one person working the front desk so the wait to check-in was 30 minutes, all for the bargain price of $300+ a night. One positive was the delicious restaurant. The food and service in the restaurant was wonderful.
