Good location and nice breakfast
The hotel was located quite close to some attractions, like Prater for example. But it was also 5 minute walk to the underground for a 10 minute ride to the main area. The breakfast was nice.

The staff is really friendly and it's walking distance to Prater park and a mass transit hub. I travel for work, often for multiple weeks at a time. There are three things I always look for in a hotel: refrigerator, laundry, and parking (if I'm renting a car). Though small, there is a refrigerator in the room. Big enough for a few bottles of water but not much more. They have a laundry service, but be warned it is outsourced, very expensive, and cash only. Parking is available in a secure garage about 2 blocks away for a fee but be sure to reserve a spot when you make your reservation. Otherwise if you're lucky, you might find a spot on the street. The room itself is adequate and relatively clean.

Couldn't ask for a better Port in a Storm
I had one night stay because of flight delay. They have a good policy for late check out. Breakfast was abundant and very good. Taxi from Vienna Airport was over 50 Euros and a 15 min drive, but it was the closest one, at the time of night, that I was looking.

I stay in the Arcadia every time I travel to Vienna for business, which is very often, and I've never had a problem. All the staff are friendly, welcoming, and extremely helpful, and every room I've stayed in has been comfortable. Highly recommend.

No airport shuttle
Although this hotel advertises a shuttle from the airport, none is available. They tell you to take a cab. The write up should be changed on Hotels.com as the advertised shuttle was part of the reason we chose this hotel.

Everything was fine except for taxi take me to the airport. I asked for taxi a day before and the reception told me 45 euro but the taxi driver which wasn't friendly and polite and he asked me for additional fee.....be careful with some people like him
