I had a wonderful experience. Everything was perfect—the rooms were comfortable, and the atmosphere was peaceful. One of the highlights was enjoying breakfast on the deck, which offered a beautiful view of the trees and mountains. The scenery really stood out and made the mornings extra special. I highly recommend Mantengo Lodge for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway surrounded by nature.

We had a very lovely time at the lodge. The restaurant serves excellent dinners. Breakfast could be improved as the scrambled eggs are the only included option and one must pay extra for an omelet or sunny side up eggs. Everything was great until we asked for an ice bucket to keep our water bottles cold. There are no fridge in the rooms. Although they FINALLY gave us an ice bucket, they outright refused multiple times. They told us we could have one glass of ice. Around 10pm, the office staff switched off the internet, phones, etc. and left the premises. The security guards said this was because there was a storm. I was trying to work… Overall, it’s a nice place. The food was good at the restaurant. I found that some of the staff would benefit from external customer service training.
