Very nice hotel and it was clean. Excellent location. Personnel were very friendly and helpful, especially Mr. Orhan and Ilkay.

Great value for money at this time of the year, staff were very friendly. Pool area outstanding. Totally would stay there again. Property bathroom looking a bit tired though, needs a renovation. I reported that my shower was not functioning properly to reception on my departure, and they said that maintaining would go sort it out straight away. Tip for the cleaners however. Change the floor cleaning water more often, as they are just spreading the floors grime around the room. The white room slippers provided, were filthy after wearing them around the room.

Absolute waste of money. Spent more than 1 week there and I won’t recommend this place to anyone. I thought it was a real 4 star hotel but it turns out it’s all made up to attract and fool people. I understand that we had to wait for check in (2 hours roughly), but when it was time , they made us wait for 10 mins more past check in time. No hospitality at all and don’t expect them to help you out. The guy at the reception wasn’t that bad and said he could understand English. Oh no, they don’t understand English at all, so you’ll definitely have a hard time there. Anyway, so we could finally get our room and omg, that room was so dusty and it was terribly hot inside. For a 4 star , I didn’t expect a broken door handle, awful smell coming from the toilet, dead batteries in the ac controller, unconnected TV, a half-dead fridge, and a balcony you cant even step into cos the AC is right there heating up the area. We were told never to turn the AC off cos it’s too hot. Oh goodness, the AC didn’t even work, they came with gas and everything but it still was a waste of space. So right after 1 hour we checked in, a random guy knocked our door and asked for permission to come in. When I asked what was that for, he replied ‘major’ needs to check your room. I was quite puzzled cause I didn’t know what he intended to do. Anyway, so we ordered cola from the bar, paid them and yeah they didn’t have change ( apparently it’s our fault), so we weren’t given our drinks. A lot to complain about
