The staff was super helpful as soon as we arrived by providing a cot for our baby and given is great recommendation to eat and do some kids friendly activities. The view is also fabulous for both sunset and sunrise and their breakfast was super tasty!

There's a dog moving around the hotel area. If you sit on the sofa there'll be fur or hair stuck on your clothes. And the breakfast was nothing much. The bread slices were mouldy. The scrambled eggs were gone too soon, but no top ups. I saw 9.6 rating. I won't give anything more than 7.

This property was convenient and the staff helpful. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Our main complaint, which led us to leave a day early was the loud techno music playing in the afternoon until midnight. Our cave room could not keep the vibrations out. If you are looking for a quiet, relaxing hotel, this is not it.

I managed to book at a great price just before the peak season. The breakfast was excellent, and the location at the top of the hill offered a stunning view. Unique experience. Not a standard hotel. Homely vibe. Appreciated that. View from roof top is very good. The hotel might consider putting some luggage racks in the room. The bed room was too small to open two suitcases. We ended up putting one suitcase in the bathroom because the latter was very big - it would have been convenient we had luggage racks there. Luggage racks in the bedroom would be good too - opening and organising suitcases on the floor is not very convenient. But otherwise we enjoyed our stay. We loved the kitties.

Castle Cave is magnificent place to feel Capadoccia. The hotel itself is fantastically located , you stay in a real cave, nicely decorated. The people at the reception are very kind, and accommodating. Doing all their best effort for us, from allowing an early check in, to finding transport and tours. Thanks so much ! The terrace is the BEST terrace in Goreme. We visited a few terraces and the vastness and beauty from Castle Cave terrace is unique. Location from shops, restaurants is strategic. I will definitely stay here once again.

Great property!! And fantastic location. Get up early (5:15am) for an incredible view of the hot air balloons right outside roof deck. One of them came so close we could almost touch it!! The folks on the ballon jokes we should get a high five!! Amazing. Only downside is it’s hard to find parking. Very few hotels in this area have dedicated parking spots. Breakfast was decent. Rooms were nice. We got a really large family room for 4. Was surprised to see how large it was with a sitting area and sleeping for four. Would def recommend staying here again.

Amazing hotel and fantastic staff
Hotel was fantastic - amazing views of the town and hot air balloons from the roof terrace and our room, staff were brilliant - incredibly attentive and helpful at all times, and hotel itself is a great mix between comfort and cave! I have no idea how this is only classed as a 3 star - it should be far higher!
