The location across from the train station can’t be beat! Room was a decent size and laundry room was a nice add. Staff were amazing! However the internet was inconsistent and cut out for a few seconds every minute disrupting any website forms and submissions (i.e., train tickets). Also the room was dusty and could be cleaner.

Excellent customer service! The front desk was very helpful in helping you to make sure that you had the correct information. I was very pleased for helping me complete the paperworks for our luggage transfer as the form was in Japanese. The other hotel we stayed was not helpful and asked us to complete the luggage transfer form. Will definitely come back to this hotel.
