I had a great time staying at Lake Morey with my mom. They've got nice rooms, with the most stunning view of the lake. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating! The night we stayed they had a local musician playing, which was completely free to watch, and it looks like they hold tons of fun events and activities year round. I would absolutely plan another trip here.

Room could use some improvements
The best part was that my husband was able to skate on the lake, which is what we were there for. The room was not great for a few reason. They had a refrigerator, but no microwave, which would have come in handy because we were there when the restaurant was not open and many of the local ones were closed. We had to grab subs, pizza and it would have helped to be able to heat them up. There was only one chair in the room. No table or desk. So, no table to eat on and no desk to work on. And only one chair so one person had to always sit on the bed. If they had a small table and 2 chairs it would have made all the difference, although the room is kind of small. It was nice to have a Lakeview room to watch the skaters. No one told us that the room wouldn't be cleaned at all. That's really wasn't a problem, but they should have come around with clean towels and empty the garbage at the very least. We didn't see anybody.
