Staff was super lovely, it was clean and in up to date standard, conveniently located, and good price range. Although the beds were a bit to firm for my taste, and you could hear and feel the trains passing outside.

The hotel is basically brand new so everything is clean and well looked after. The location in Charlottenburg was very convenient with good transport links. We were travelling with a toddler so the rooms are small, but the lobby offered a lot of space for the kid to walk around and explore.

Three-night visit in December. Good location near Zoologischer Garten and Kürfürstendamm. Friendly staff and decent breakfast although a bit crowded at times. Clean and modern rooms; however many of the rooms face the railway and you'll have trains running literally meters from your window. Sound insulation is pretty good but light sleepers should definitely bring ear plugs.

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. The breakfast was good. There was no traffic noise in the room at all. The transport connections are very good. Savignyplatz station is a short distance away. Cons: The hotel's surroundings are very dark in autumn. The bed was hard and I didn't like the weight of the blanket.

Excellent choice For a first time visiting Berlin or for a returning visitor, such as myself Location is perfect. Everything is Walkable On top of it, I Must compliment the reception team that was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially the young gentleman who welcomed us upon checking in. The only two things I consider as a Feedback not as a complaint are The only eggs options in the breakfast buffet is scrambled egg or boiled egg And in terms of the room Defect there was no min. Or refrigerator. It’s not a big issue and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anybody

Please be in mind the train tracks into Zoogarten station are right next door to the hotel, so if your room is on the side of the train tracks, you will not be able to open your window as the trains are very loud. Even with the window closed I could still hear the trains passing by. I asked to be moved to another room for the rest of my stay, but for the first night I could not sleep, trains too loud.
