Hotel staff was excellent. Property was brand new and clean. The free breakfast is cold ham and sliced bread. Cheap, fake orange juice. The Gym was nice but no AC. Very bad and inconvenient location. Very limited dining in the area and nk where to eat inside with AC. Broken waterlines inside the walls.....new construction. No towels in the pool..No paper towels to dry hands in public restrooms. Lobby is extremely hot and not properly climate controlled. No ventilation fan in bathroom.

The room felt confined, lack of windows and no full length mirror. The water did not work for a full day. The property was clean and what helped the inconvenience was the hospitality.

Todo bastante bien. El hotel es nuevo y las instalaciones están bastante bien. Hay detalles que mejorar. Hay espacio para trabajar, pero no hay silla, tuve que bajar por una del lobby. El muro del baño es de tablaroca y colocaron cosas con taquetes normales y las cosas se cuelgan, deben ser taquetes para tablaroca. Son detalles que no afectan la estadía pero que harían mejor la estadiam En mi próximo viaje, ahí me voy a volver a quedar.

La habitación era prácticamente nueva o recién renovada, de hecho cuando nos hicieron limpieza el primer día metieron un buró nuevo que no estaba cuando llegamos, todo en perfecto estado y muy limpio

Muy bien, llegamos ya tarde pero en todo momento nos atendieron muy bien, conocí a los recepcionistas de los 3 turnos y sin duda excelente servicio, el hotel es muy bonito y lo único que le hace falta es un restaurancito, de ahí en fuera todo fenomenal. Si regresaría.

Me encanto.la atención de los recepcionista, el hotel apesar de estar en el centro de Cancún está bonito, te dan café de cortesía. Tiene una alberca techada, billar. Y a 10 minutos caminando está la lavandería 24 horas por si tú estancia es mayor. Me encantó
