The staff were all kind and it was a comfortable hotel. There was an Indian restaurant on-site so there was no problem with food, and the location was good, just 15-20 minutes walk from Mutrah Souq. As it is an old hotel, the toilets and shower rooms were a bit dirty. Overall, it was excellent value for money.

The staff were most helpful. The food in the dining room was very good. We were happy it was open since most things were shut down due to the death of Sultan Qaboos. The hotel is older, but the beds were very comfortable and everything was very clean. We liked our mountain view and the call to prayer from the nearby mosque

Having stayed in many of the big expensive hotels in Muscat in the past. I had no expectations when booking the much cheaper Mutrah Hotel. However ,I was most pleasantly suprised and impressed by the good quality for money at Mutrah Hotel. It has a certain degree of excellence and kindness..Your wish is their command and do it straight away.

I enjoyed Mutrah Hotel. It’s conviently located by Mutrah Souq and Mutrah Corniche, staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was very comfortable, the room had everything I needed and was clean. I don’t really need a 5 star hotel, and this hotel provided exactly what I needed.
