Great short visit near the airport
The location to the airport is perfect, only a 3 minute shuttle ride. Yet while you're there, you have no idea you're so near the airport. The exterior is grand, but the interior of the rooms is average, which I didn't personally mind. The lobby, dining area, and bar are beautiful, and the continental breakfast is above average. Check in and check out were super quick and easy.

The shuttle provided came within 20 minutes from our request call. -The staff was pleasant and professional. -The breakfast buffet was not the best but it wasn’t too bad. No complaints. I did hear a few overhead planes (maybe heard 2 or 3 all night) and a bit of hallway noise but nothing significant to disturb my sleep. The shuttle ran every 30 mins (late October) and was less than 5 mins, no charge. I read that there might be some peculiar standards around ordering at the bar, etc, but my experience was great. I went down to the bar during dinner time but didn't want anything from the restaurant's dinner menu (not great vegetarian options, so I guess that's my biggest complaint). They let me order food from the bar menu with no issues.

Great MXP Airport Hotel
My parents recommended this hotel because they had stayed there previously. You can’t beat the proximity to the airport and it’s a beautiful property. The staff was friendly and helpful. They have an airport shuttle which starts running at 5am and I needed an earlier ride and they arranged a taxi for me. Rooms were clean and beds were decent. We ate pizza and had drinks at the bar downstairs and the service was great.

Good dinner
The hotel is older and shows a bit of wear. The bed was not as comfortable as I had expected. The front desk misled me on the arrival time of the shuttle. What was supposed to be 15-20 minutes was over 45 and I had to call a second time. The hotel was about a 5 minute drive from the airport. The bartender was not friendly. The food in the restaurant for dinner was excellent but breakfast left a lot to be desired. I would stay here again for convenience but can not raqve about the property overall for a few missed points.

We enjoyed our stay
The hotel looks unique and epic looks like a mansion from movie. The rooms are spacious and shower has good water pressure. Comfortable stay for one night before flying. Restaurant food tastes great. but breakfast selections is average
