Overnight family stay
Stayed near airport as we had an early flight. The hotel was modern and seemed clean with friendly staff. However, the beds weren’t very comfortable and the room was too hot even after turning the thermostat down to 5c.

Location is ok if you need to be at the airport early but beware the shuttle to the airport is 20€ per room. The room size is ok but we found ketchup packets from Macdonald under the bed, pillow cases were ripped and pillows super thin. On a positive note front desk staff was friendly and attentive

Excellent property to stay as it is near the airport, great for a connection and great for business. 5 minute drive from the airport and it’s €20 euros per room each way for the hotel driver to come and collect you from the airport. Call the hotel on Arrival. Even though I was given a non smoking room there was cigarette stubs on the windowsill on the out side and the blue bed throw they use on the bed needs a wash as it was dirty, not for holiday makers as there is nothing around and travel to Milan would be complicated. Exchange rate at the hotel is better than the exchange rate at the airport. No shops around no nothing. Nice hotel and would stay here again.

We stayed the night 13 and 14 October 2021, there was no air conditioning so I went to the reception and the gentleman who attended us informed me that they would change our room since the technician would not be available until the next day, I indicated that we were going to have dinner I would pick up a new room key when we return. When we returned, the person who attended us had left so I asked for a room key, the new person told me what the reason was and informed him that the air conditioning was not working, he told me that the air in the entire hotel was off since by law of environmental regulation of the area "Cardano al Campo" there was no air conditioning, I went to google to look for the law to which he was referring and did not know what it was, I asked him for general manager and he told me that he was not available until the next day. He indicated that they were not going to bill me for an inconvenience stay but that since my reservation was through Expedia, I had to do it directly with Expedia, which is a contradiction since the stay was prepaid.
