It's right in the heart of the old part of Chania, a few blocks away from the Venetian Port, surrounded by shops and restaurants.
It's nothing fancy, but clean and comfortable, so if you're not planning to spend a lot of time in the room, it's a perfect place to explore Chania from.
The staff was very friendly and accommodations, and helpful in telling us the good places to go etc.
Be aware that the reception doesn't open until 8am (if you come in with the overnight ferry like we did) and that cars/taxis can't go into that part of town, so you may need to walk the last few blocks.
