Couples weekend getaway
Best night rest in a hotel in a long time. My husband and I travel to our home town regularly and have been bamboozled many times. They claim they have amenities that they don’t or it’s not appealing looks shady or the picture when you book it is nothing like the real thing when you arrive. But the Fairfield stay was a welcome retreat from our busy lives.

Clean & new hotel, breakfast was good, staff was nice, check-in and check-out were smooth. Lighting to turn into hotel needs to be better lite on street side while entering. Room cleanliness could have been better, room was cleaned 1 time during stay and towels were reused and put up, didnt recieve fresh towels

New property, very nice.
Brand new property, very clean. Staff was very friendly and efficient. Only two minor issues, exhaust fan in bathroom not working and shower door allows water to leak out onto floor. Fridge was very small but worked well. No safe in room. Outdoor Swimming pool water was very warm.

Less than expected from a fairfield hotel
Rooms were clean and overall comfortable. The service was horrible when it came down to Front desk whi h gave me a two double bed room rather two queens that I paid for. Also, I was sort of disappointed there was no freezer with the mini fridge in the room. I still breast feed and the fridge did not hold or get cold enough to store breast milk. I had to pull my cooler from the car and put ice in the cooler to keep it from spoiling. Breakfast was worse. We went down there and saw nothing stocked. There was no plates or bowls, no yogurts, no fruit, no hot water, no coffee. I had to go to the front desk to ask for plates all to see the peraon that was supposed to be stocking the breakfast stuff was up at the front deak gossiping in her apron. She went back to get plates and give them to me then left back to the front to keep on gossiping. We went ahead and just got what they had which were papas and chorizo and eggs. I wanted oatmeal or cereal but there was no bowls or even milk available. I even noticed another couple go up to the front deak and made it clear that there was nothing stocked. The bfast girl then got mad and started doing what should have been doing from the begining whi h is keep stock of everything. I did feel bad at the end because then the front desk girl had to join in on catching her up with stocking the coffee and calm down the guests. It sucks because there were no healthy choices especially for people that choose not to eat meat or want to eat healthier.

Excelentes instalaciones y la ubicación me parece perfecta. Lástima que tuve una mala experiencia con el baño que se tapó y desbordó sin haber echado papel en él. Eran las 8:30 am, fuimos con la chica de recepción y no nos cambió de cuarto mencionando que ya íbamos a hacer el check out a las 12 pm y que la manager no se lo permitía. El personal de mantenimiento no se encontraba en el lugar por lo que nos dijo que no podían hacer nada. Después de una hora llegó el personal de mantenimiento y lo destapó pero ya íbamos de salida, fue demasiado tarde. Así que en conclusión, hubiera sido más llevadero el problema si recepción se hubiera preocupado por nosotros y nos hubiera proporcionado una solución. No volvería.
