We booked the hotel for 2 nights (weekend) primarily as it was adjacent to the Camden Roundhouse where we attended a gig on the Saturday night. The room was spacious, clean and well furnished and had one of the best hotel showers we have experienced! The staff were uniformly friendly and efficient and helped make our weekend stay highly enjoyable.

This was a cozy, comfy spot, very near the heart of Camden Town. The bed was comfy. Staff was very helpful. Pretty basic, no frills, no tv - but truly you don’t need much more than a clean, comfy spot in the hearty of London and this fit the bill.

We really loved this hotel for a one-night romantic stay--the hotel is very stylish and crisp with its cleanliness. The room itself was as tiny as a matchbox, but perfectly proportioned and with clever little solutions to the limited space. Lovely quality bed and linens, window that opened, and a very nice shower. The attached restaurant had a wonderful American-style breakfast and everything was easy walking distance to local attractions, namely the zoo. The tube was very, very close, and there were easily accessible shops for necessities. We'd very happily stay here again.
We did have to hide in the corner to not be in the picture--lovely queen sized bed and enough room for two bedside tables and a hanging rail, but expect to be touching the wall when you slide across the foot of the bed to the other side. :)

Convenient location for underground
We needed a hotel in this area for one night. Very convenient, short walk from Chalk Farm underground station Close proximity to Camden Town and Kentish Town. Ours was a basic double room with decent ensuite facilities (n.b. no TV in room) Kettle, drinks, bottled water provided. Also wifi. It suited our needs well for one night.

Good little find
Straightforward check in. The quality of the rooms is high- it looks as though it has recently been renovated. Friendly staff on hand 24/7 although we mainly just used it as a place to crash. No TV in the room- not that it was an issue as we weren’t in the room all that long. Would stay again without hesitation.

Check in and check out was easy and the hotel is a minute walk from the underground station. The room was nice but both the shelves in the bathroom were loose as well as the tap in the sink. We were also told it was 24 hour reception but when we arrived back at 11pm the door appeared to be double locked so using our key card did nothing. There was no number at the door to call in case the door was locked so it was a little worrying at first. Thankfully there was another guest sitting in the restaurant area so we knocked on the window until he heard us and let us in.

place was in the middle of a rennovation. work was going on in surrounding streets. delivery trucks noises at 7am. lift did not work for three days. apart from location not many positive things to mention.

Strange stay! Negatives: couldn’t work out if it wasn’t finished but had opened anyway, or was just having problems. Furniture all stacked up as you entered, downstairs area obviously closed, lift out of order, stairs half painted. Nowhere to sit downstairs or get a drink. Positives: room small but nicely decorated. Good bathroom. Good location. Friendly welcome, staff very good. All in all a strange stay but did the job for a last minute quick stopover at a cheap rate. Hotel probably should make it clear not all facilities are open and there is work going on when you book.
