Good hotel in nice surroundings

Nice area by the golfcource. Large and good room. Breakfast very good. Nice terrace to have a glas of wine in the evening. Irritating having to order by your mobile or a screen. The bar didn't recommend any wine and asked us to look digitally. Maybe modern times. To sum it up, a nice place to stay.

We travelled 8 days with friends and have booked 2 rooms close to each other in each hotel.When we checked in the staff placed us as far apart as it was possible. We kindly asked to move one of us , but the staff was acting in a negative way and had no understanding or interest to make our stay better .

If you don't golf, we would not recommend staying at this property. When we arrived it was quite crowded and it was not easy to park. We had to get a second room, as the first one was a climb of several flights of stairs. The restaurant food was nothing to write home about. We stayed here thinking it would be convenient to the Travemunde ferry, which it was not. It was quite far away. Again, if you don't golf, don't stay here is all I can say. Not worth it.

Lækkert hotel, men dårlig service. Toilettet var ikke rengjort. Håndklæder blev ikke skiftet, heller ikke dem der blev brugt til wellness. Men ellers var det ganske lækkert. Super restaurant i forbindelse med hotellet.

Tilbyder spaophold, som beskrevet var i inkl. comfort værelse, ingen spa. Tilbyder også lader til El-bil lige ved værelset, virker ikke og ikke muligt for dansker at få til at virke. De bed bedt om af mig at få dette op at køre og hjælperne gæsterne under opholdet. Hvilket de ikke ville. Mærkeligt service og meget besværligt at lade el-bil i dette området overhovedet.

Godt til prisen, tjek in og ud inf kan blive bedre

Oplevelsen var generelt god. Skulle lige lede lidt efter tjek ind og værelset var i en anden bygning... men det var fint. Der var en boks til at ligge værelseskortet i ved udtjekning men blev alligevel ringet op af hotellet senere, pga en rest betaling de manglede... det var lidt forvirrende også fordi reseptionen var i en bygning der lå lidt væk fra værelses bygning og information ikke var tydelig. Vi oplevede at kunne hører alm snak, tv og dører der åbnede og lukkede i naboværelset. Deres al a carde restaurant kan varmt anbefales hyggelig indretning og god betjening. Pool området var også godt, med flere saunaere og dampbad. Alt i alt til prisen fint.

Schöner Aufenthalt mit „meckern“ auf hohem Niveau

Insgesamt war es ein schöner Aufenthalt. Die Matratze und die Kopfkissen jedoch waren sehr unbequem. Da hätte ich mehr erwartet bei solch einer Anlage. Der Wellnessbereich war schön gestaltet. Leider war es unerträglich von dem Raumklima her, sich länger darin aufzuhalten. Viel zu warm und stickig, allgemein mag ich keine Wellnessbereiche die sich in einem Keller befinden. Die Abkühlung nach einem Saunagang an der frischen Luft hat daher gefehlt. Frühstücksbuffet ist ziemlich klein aber dennoch ist die Auswahl und die Qualität gut. Das Restaurant „Trattoria del Campo“ ist sehr sehr gut und das Personal ist super freundlich!
