We requested the crib for our baby when we booked and it was there in the room when we checked in. We just spent 5 nights at the Bellavista and it was outstanding! The location is absolutely perfect -- we were able to walk everywhere in town, and the staff was exceptional. From the front desk to bar/restaurant to housekeeping, all staff wanted to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Our family of 4 stayed in the duplex and there was tons of room. The view from our rooms was beyond incredible, and the beds very comfortable. A special thanks to Carolina (bar/restaurant manager) and Carolina (front desk) for making our stay even more enjoyable!

We had a very mixed experience at this hotel. The staff at the front desk was very friendly and helpful and most hotel rooms offer a great view and the location is very convenient. However the hotel is very dated and our room was extremely dated and is in need of renovation. Our biggest issue was that the bathrooms / showers only had lukewarm water at best, sometimes it was almost cold. We complained several times and were told it was fixed, but it really wasn’t. As I said, the staff was for the most part friendly, but the hotel owner needs to invest badly into some serious renovations.
