Location was great. 2 min walk from 7/11, 5 min walk from train station. Washer and dryer on premises. Rooms were big, shower were hit and spacious. Comfy beds. Def recommend

A really great place to stay, one of the best choices we made for Tokyo. Even though it might be off the Yamanote line, it is still close to many other attractions like Disney, Team Lab Planets, Small Worlds and Mitsui Outlet Mall. Great access to the Shin-Urayasu station and shopping malls, food court, supermarkets, McDonalds, Lawsons and much more all within 5 mins walk. The welcome lounge with free drinks and sweets every evening was icing on the cake of our stay. Highly recommend!
