What a gem of a find! Almost in the centre of Southport, and within easy reach of the train station. Spotlessly clean, extremely friendly staff, good breakfasts, and very fair bar prices. Supporting a local small business as well. What more could you want?!

Lovley stay, very friendly and helpful staff.
We had a fantastic stay. Staff very friendly and helpful. We got a free upgrade too. Rooms are small, well decorated and comfortable. The only negative was there was 2 bottles of water in the room but one had been opened already. The breakfast was a lovely full cooked breakfast and you could help yourselves to toast, Croissants, yogurts, cereal, juice anf tea and coffee. We would definitely stay again.

Stayed for one night with my daughter as we were going to the theatre. Convenient central location. No parking but paid parking available within easy walking distance. Quiet location. Very friendly lady welcomed us. The room was basic but clean, as was the bathroom. No view, but we didn't expect one. Good value and I would stay again. Nice cosy bar area with darts and a pool table.
