Room smelled like pot
We stay at this hotel every Thanksgiving for at least 2 nights. We have never had an issue. This time I never saw anyone at the counter to ask questions or if we needed anything or just to greet you when you walked in. Our biggest complaint was our room smelled like pot the first 2 nights.

Cozy
It was.clean and quiet. Considering overall it was nice. I would bring your own hair washing products and skip the free stuff. Also bed is memory foam or something similar hard sleep if you dont enjoy that. Overall though cute, nice and clean.

Very serviceable overnight stop. The evening receptionist, Jay, was very friendly and helpful. The morning checkout receptionist was not. First floor room had a tile floor, which was somewhat odd, and the room used bright white lightbulbs vs. a warm white or yellow bulb, so the room had a sterile, antiseptic feel to it.

From the front desk clerk to the breakfast crew, everyone was awesome and so was the hotel! The bed did make a bit of noise (as another reviewer stated) but that was very minimal. Also, the a/c could have been a bit better but if you put it at its lowest setting (in a suite), then you will be just fine! I would stay here again!!!
