For what we paid I expected way better from this motel. For almost $600 NZD per night I at least expected it to be clean. The shower, appliances and walls were filthy. Extremely disappointed. The best thing about this motel was the location for our activities while in Rotorua.

A comfortable, roomy hotel room, that could do with some updating, and basic repairs such as a new washer for a badly dripping tap. The kitchen was roomy for a motel room too, with lots of bench space. The warm pool was great and I soaked a short while in one of the hot tubs as well. The bed was comfortable and the wi-fi worked. Walking distance to the steaming, bubbling hot pools of Kuirau Park.

Owners and staff were wonderful! The place was clean though there were some stains on carpet and bedding. The AC unit is in the kitchen so it didn’t cool the sleeping area as well but overall our stay here was fantastic and the pool/thermal mineral tub were very relaxing! Easy walks to a lot of food and kuirau thermal park. Would go back and recommend.
