Not a 5 star experience... the food and staff in the restaurant was very good. The check in was slow and the staff was not very serviceminded. The hotel and waterpark could need a makeover. We also stayed at pickalbatros and if we go back we will choose that.

Must pay the city tax if your child is 12 or above which we didn't know about. Free shuttle to the town, Jame Al Fanaa. Free shuttle one way from airport to the hotel.
