The staff are extremely polite, and helpful, honestly one of the best hotels I have ever been to, if I could give it 10 stars I would.

10/10 Exceptional

Our room was big with a well sized bathroom and an amazing view of the city. The staff were all really helpful and the location of the hotel was ideal - literally right above the JR Namba station and about a 10 minute walk to the main bit of Dotonbori. The views at breakfast were amazing, and I think this is one of the best hotel breakfasts that I've had - so much choice, even for a vegetarian! We really enjoyed our stay here.

Upon arrival the area looked like a museum and we felt like we were trespassing on sacred lands. Rooms were nice and the TV had a variety of entertainment options (unlike the previous place which only played CNN for us US folks). Short walk to the main area and the view was amazing of the city. Highly recommend

6/10 Good

This location was good but the rooms are extremely small. Breakfast was nice but very expensive. WiFi was sporadic. Bed was comfortable. Room was relatively clean although the carpet could use a nice cleaning. The woman at the concierge desk was extremely helpful and the breakfast staff were kind and always friendly and helpful. No safe in the room.
