The best hotel especially for a friend trip! The staff was so kind and helpful and went above and beyond for us. They spoke in English and Spanish and assisted us in finding good dining and entertainment areas. The restaurant next to the hotel was fabulous. The staff is so knowledgeable and special, I think they made my trip to Medellin so much better

Amazing stay, friendly staff, great room amenities (except missing a wardrobe), location is superb for partying and dining. Loud music at night from the street because it's in the middle of party town but they give you ear plugs to help with the noise while sleeping if someone is sensitive to noise.

An armed individual came in the lobby and demanded personal items. Coincidentally right when the security guard disappeared for about 10 mins. I’ve still yet to hear anything else from the property after this incident. Definitely unsafe in my opinion.

At first I thought the deluxe double bedroom was two rooms , upon arrival reception laughed in our faces and said there was no such thing on their property. Harrassed constantly about our family friends visiting. I booked the space and had to leave as there was only one bed in the tiny room. Reception had sent security to my room for visiting my little sister. Not all reception was like this, it was only two individuals. The location is loud and in a heavily populated area. It is way more expensive for what it is worth. Definitely will not be staying or recommending. Cleaning staff was super sweet. I’m guessing the manager with glasses was the kindest reception. Not even breakfast included and the restaurant below was crazy overpriced.
