Avoid if noise sensitive
All rooms except for one have a window towards the street. Noise isolation is very bad and what looks like a quiet side street on Google maps is actually quite busy. There is a traffic light in front of the house and public buses and motorcycles make a lot of noise upon starting the engine. At a weekend it continues until late, during the week it resumed being noise around 6am.
Also, the breakfast is free facto not available if you get up early (to escape the noise). The person preparing it has not even arrived by 8am in two days when we left seeing that time. Preparing the breakfast would have needed even longer. Were not communicated any hours either. Took breakfast only on one of three days as a result.
Rest as deserved m described by others. Nice courtyard and rooms (without room service, in case that matters for you).
