When reached hotel, it took 2 hours to check-in because somehow hotel didn’t receive confirmation mail from expedia, whens asked if they can contact with expedia they denied and asked us to do ourselves, it took 2 hours for us to reach customer care and get things sorted out
When asked for parking they didn’t have it available at the moment, we waited for few hours but no luck, the staff was also unresponsive, at the end we had to find it ourselves
They didn’t even provide us the extra bed we paid for in advance even asking multiple times, 1000 rs for extra bed wasted with no luck of getting it back.
When tried to reach reception on telecom they didn’t respond properly and cut the call
When asked for wifi password no one was aware of it, it took them hours to share us this small information
Overall very bad experience.
