End of season beach stay
Very clean motel! The view of the ocean was nice, plenty of kitchen utensils, grills to cook on outdoors. We were on the bottom floor and could hear every footstep above us, so if you are a light sleeper, this would be tiresome. Beautiful beach and close to everything!

The Kebek 3 was a good stay. Great location right on the beach short walk to boardwalk. Staff was friendly, place was definitely clean. It's a bit old, furniture & pull out couch were pretty beat up. Nothing fancy but that's everywhere in OOB. Would stay again it's a bargain price!

Unfortunately, we found bed bugs and left soon after arrival. We were very disappointed because the property had excellent reviews, however it looks as though those reviews were from previous ownership. The furniture was beat up and the worst issue was when we discovered the bed bugs.

The room was amazing very homey but the only thing that was a problem for us was that if you are on the side that faces the street be aware that it gets a bit loud during the night from some people possibly partying all night so if you stay here with your young kids you may want to consider spending the extra money to have a room more on the ocean side than on the road side of the hotel because the people yelling/screaming for most of the night kept my young kids & I up until about 2am which didn’t give us a lot of time to sleep from when we checked in on Friday evening after driving almost 3 hours from where we are from. Other than the yelling during the night the 1 night we stayed here was great.

When I looked at the pictures of the hotel I thought these were the exact rooms you could get, I reserved a deluxe suite and I recieved a premium suite, and when we asked to change it to a deluxe they blamed it on expidia for not having the good info for the room.

Expensive. $350 a day for a couple, nothing included. Have stayed there several times over the decades with entire family and extended family renting several units, while it was newer, less expensive. A/C was undersized and barely cooled the bedroom. A fan was provided for the kitchen-ette. The property needs maintenance. Locks need maintenance. Bathroom fan needs replacement. Bedroom carpet needs replacement.

Conflicting information from Expedia and Motel email about location of front desk. Listed as having a pool in 3 locations of the listing, but the pool is actually at a different hotel a block away. This was not transparent and didn't find out until check in. There is no housekeeping and a not on the table directs you to call for towels and take out your own trash. Was clean to they eye but my kids feet turned black from walking on the carpet after showering.

Emplacement proche du pier. Par contre nous avions demandé une chambre vue mer et avons payé en conséquence. Avons eu la 71 dans un coin avec vue sur mer très partielle. Il fallait s’étirer le cou pour voir un petit coin de mer.

Emplacement parfait à deux pas de la plage d’Old Orchard. Nous avons pu nous stationner avant d’avoir notre chambre ce qui a été très apprécié. Restaurants et boutiques à distance de marche et chambre tout équipé pour faire nos repas. Un beau séjour!
