Lovely hotel. Staff very welcoming and polite. Rooms are a decent size and equiped with everything you need. We chose here because our purpose of the stay was to do the Nakasendo Trail. The reception staff were very helpful and provided us with maps in English. My only issue would be that the bed was very hard. That said, that isn’t an issue for everyone.

Very clean hotel & quiet. We only spent a night there and for that night the staff had prepared ochazuke for us to try, which we loved! Breakfast was very good as well. The public bath is on the smaller side, but quiet if you manage to be with very few people.

A great little property tucked away in a quiet street close to the train station. Car parking was not a problem, even though it was not at the hotel itself. Lots of restaurants in close proximity to the hotel. Rooms very small, but clean and well equipped.
