They should put electrical kettle,cup and tea in the rooms. They should learn the stick to the booking alignments made and noticed staffs on duty of the booking. Put electrical irons in the rooms. And the WiFi words written somewhere in the rooms

Доброзичливе обслуговування. Хороший вайфай. Ліжко комфортне. Гаряча вода є цілодобово. Можна користуватись кухнею. До супермаркету ОК можна дійти за 5 хвилин. Низька ціна для Хараре. Прекрасне співвідношення ціна-якість. Рекомендую

The propert is not safe. While i was out for meetings they will let out the room to other people on short time. So i would come back to a smelly room. The other day i found blood on the war and curtains in the room, smashed glasses everywhere on the floor. When i brought it to the attention of staff they seemed ignorant of what had happened in the room. The thought that they were letting other people in the room while i was out working is disgusting
