Read before booking.
My stay at Research Park Inn was absolutely terrible. I booked the room due to a concert I was attending in St Charles, MO and if I would have had the option to book somewhere else (pet friendly) within the short period of time I had I would have! The first room given was filthy, stains everywhere, POOP stains on the floor that was NOT properly cleaned. Second room (after request) had dead bugs and I killed an alive one. I understand the hotel is pet friendly, but considering a pet fee is also required- you would think that would go towards cleaning services. When I brought up my concerns, I was looked at like I was crazy- laughed at- argued with, and it took over an hour to resolve some type of refund at check out due to so many inconveniences. The staff is ridiculous! And as i stated, had I not needed to attend an event an hour and a half from check in, I would have most definitely went somewhere else! But I did not have enough time to figure things out. I give this hotel 0/10. I will never return. It needs closed down. My whole entire experience was a headache and I could not believe the staff was ARGUING with me about THEIR HOTEL being DIRTY.

Not worth it.
This is the 5th tims we have stayed here. The place is still under construction. It seems to be deteriorating more each time. They had no extra towels, sheets, blankets, or pillows. The breakfast was awful. Milk was spoiled and had very little options. The pool area was not well maintained. Hot tub (which is why we chose this hotel) had nonworking jets and no towels. Floor was dirty with hair everywhere. This was very disappointing. This will be our last stay at this hotel. Sad because it has potential! But no effort for upkeep seems to be made. On a positive note the beds are very comfortable.
