We stayed one night for a layover in MTY, the hotel is nothing special but it is close to the airport and it was clean, (I am sooooo darn picky on where I sleep and I felt very comfortable here) it is clearly not a hotel to stay during a vacation but it is good for a quick stay. My main thing is that is that the rooms where clean and they passed :) my only “complaint” is that when we arrived, the restaurant was cooking something that made the entire reception area smell like food so bad that my eyes where actually burning. Nothing major, just need better ventilation system in the kitchen. Other than that minor thing, great stay

The hotel is well kept even though it is showing it's age. A little pricey, but still nice. Inside the building there were no problems. Outside, paking lot area too dark people hanging out there didn't feel safe. Maybe if it had brighter lights or someone patrolling the outside areas it would be better. Nothing happen on my stay, but just felt like I had to be on the look out more than usual.

DO NOT STAY HERE! I've never reviewed anything in my life. Their front desk staff is a joke. They double charged me and the other party I was with and then refused to issue us a refund. We must have tried 3 to 4 separate times and each time we received a different excuse. Expedia needs to stop doing business them. Our reservation was booked and paid through Expedia. When we arrived they claimed that the reservation showed "not paid." I told them I'd provide them with the confirmation and simultaneously handed over my CC (as they requested) to keep on file. Instead she used my card to charge me for the room again (even though proof of payment had already been provided). When I confronted her she agreed to refund me my money, but that's when the excuses began. To top it off the itemized paid in full receipt that they provided me with at checkout didn't even show my cc charge on it. It only noted Expedia's payment. They never provided a receipt of the payment I made with my credit card.
