double booking
Upon arrival it was discovered that we were double booked because BED AND BREAKFAST.COM never transferred our reservation to the Bristol Views B&B when they are no longer in business NOT HAPPY with Hotels.com for this mistake, Bristol Views owners were very accommodating upon finding out this error. What happened to BED AND BREAKFAST.COM? Hotels.com also is responsible for this double booking, only because another party was nice enough to let us have their room it made our stay very nice, this could have been a very messy situation, so your very lucky this time, but I will not use HOTELS.COM in the future.

Best BnB Stay Ever.
In all of the BnB's we have ever stayed in, this is by far the best ever. Our hosts, Barb and Henry, were just so gracious and helpful. Their willingness to help an server is beyond expectation. The location was so perfect and beautiful and could not have been better. Our room, the Empire, was so huge and spacious and clean. There was no noise from the other rooms. The breakfasts that they made were wonderful. I feel we have made life long friends. When we left it felt so sad to be leaving good friends. In fact, before we left we booked again for next year, for a longer stay. The only problem was the wifi, could have been stronger. And there was no noise coming from other rooms. Well sound proofed. Also watch out for the speedy drivers. They were terrible. Wonder what their hurry was. Maybe they all wanted to to get to Bristol Views BnB in a hurry.

The owners were very welcoming. They had good knowledge of the area, which was helpful. The rooms were clean and neat, comfortable. Food was good, and filling. Had great conversation with other guests at breakfast. We will take another trip to Bristol View B & B.

Fabulous place. Beautiful house with gorgeous views. Owners were beyond wonderful. They know how to take care of their guests. Great breakfast. They went out of their way to make food that fit our diets. Would return any time we are up here.

Wonderful hosts and all the comforts of home.
We stayed here for 6 nights and enjoyed the wonderful hospitality of the hosts, including use of their large spa and outdoor entertaining areas. Each morning we were provided with a full, very tasty breakfast and we also had the use of a small kitchenette. The additional touches were also very much appreciated - lots of bottled water and snack foods and bath robes. One of our favourite places we stayed while on our travels in New York State.
