Great location, just a few minutes away from the main square in Prague. The hotel is nearly 100 years old, so it does look slightly tired as expected, but it was clean and in good condition. The staff were friendly, and the receptionist on the first day was amazing when we checked in. We had a family room, and it was very spacious and the child's bed was in a slightly separate area, which was good. There was a fridge in the room for keeping drinks etc. cool. The mattresses were hard though and it wasn't particularly soundproofed from outside, and my wife struggled to sleep. Breakfast was reasonable, if slightly limited, but the serving staff barely acknowledged your presence and didn't ask for room numbers or anything. With hindsight, it would have been useful to have a menu for the restaurant in the room, and it didn't have a Do Not Disturb sign within the room. Good WiFi and the aircon worked well.
