It was bad on check in part. As my name is different with my passport but every time it has no issue. Then that lady refuse to allow me to check in. Asked me to do full pay then allow me to check in. Or come back later while they will try to contact hotel.com. I asked what if they can’t contact? She said then you have to paid again or find another hotel. While I insisted that I have made the booking, she finally went for seek manager advice and allow me to get my room. Unnderstand this hotel policy but they can’t be more flexible?
