Excellent
This is the only hotel I choose to stay at in Columbia when I visit. Always a great experience Ms Nicole is the best !!! She always makes me and my Family feel welcomed and appreciated. Ms Donna is great as well she makes Sure when we check in we are good and having a great experience. The staff takes care of the guest and It’s very clean and I feel safe. The breakfast is good and the area is always clean.

Room was prob 99% clean. Just a couple little things overlooked. Someone staying there must have been working outside as there was dirt and mud on the public areas each day. Hotel smelled clean, which is prob a positive. Pool area was small and pool was very cold. Rooms need an update but are in good condition.

Decent stay
This is the place we usually stay at when we come to Columbia. They offer an unbeatable price for the suite which is nice to have wife our two year old. This time there was siding coming off the bedroom wall, a light in the living room kept flickering and there were a few stains on the carpets in our room and throughout the hotel. Other than that the bed was really comfortable and the black shades really do a great job keeping the room dark. The breakfast was decent. Staff was friendly. I will stay here as long as the price doesn’t go up too much

No hot water
The water in the shower was lukewarm at best. I guess the guests that stayed in the room before us weren't pleased with the water either, as the on/off/hot/cold handle was torn off the shower when we arrived. The staff fixed the handle at our request, but that didn't make the water any hotter. The hot tub was also less than hot, which was the main reason I chose to stay there. Otherwise, not bad I guess. Could have been much better if they'd just let us have a hot shower in December.
