Floors were filthy, stained towels, mold/water damage on ceiling. Overall the rooms are in desperate need of deep cleaning. Clean white socks turned black from walking around the room. We had 3 rooms in our family & all were in the same.

Pet Friendly & Affordable

I’ve stayed at laurel inn more than once due to family being out there & I must say this time around it was much better than before. They seem to have upgraded stuff in the bathroom making it a better stay & more comfortable experience. The front desk was great although we had asked for extra towels & they never came but over it was a nice stay. I will for sure continue booking at the laurel inn. My favorite thing about this hotel is that they are pet friendly. Highly recommended!

The most overpriced stay at a motel ever. The rooms were dated, pool/hot tub not in service, sink made a screeching sound everytime you turned it on. the carpet was filty and the room smelled mildewy. Will nevr stay again.

Perfectly adequate, clean and simple. Slightly more than I'd like to pay, but we were there on a busy weekend with a big expo event nearby. The rooms were clean, service friendly and it felt safe and comfortable.

Filthy room w/torn curtains broken toilet seat…

Before we received keys & saw room, was charged fee of $100 for any damages. We found damages already in the room; we took several pictures; informed desk clerk we won’t pay for any of them. Room smelled bad; carpets were filthy; after showering, walked barefoot on It; feet were dirty with black soot within two minutes; Had to rewash feet before getting dressed which stained the wash cloths Black. We believe it may have been black mold in the carpeting. Attached are some pics of damages we found when we entered the room.
