Pity about inconsiderate guests
Hotel and rooms are really nice. But - Sadly it attracts young party animals prone to being noisy in corridors (not carpeted) , banging on headboard/corridor walls and banging doors. Also had a 10 second fire alarm go off. Weather was atrocious so no-one venturing out. No hot water in whole hotel next morning and receptionist hung up after saying it would be back on in 2-3 hours-ie after checkout time.

Great but can be improved
Had a great stay and loved the hotel except for a few issues. The room cleaning every 4 days was inconsistent. The restaurant on the roof was closed to residents until December but no information given. Despite the above we would book again in the hope that the issues can be resolved.

We had a great stay at the Grands. The suites are modern, well equipped kitchen, excellent bed and sheets and balcony. The views from the 11th floor rooftop pool were amazing. The indoor pool and steam room were great as well. The facilities were great. The only thing we didn’t like as much was the really small coach where our son who is 12 had to sleep- it was quite short

The hotel is in a very convenient location for shops, bars, restaurants and the harbour. The hotel staff were all very poilte, friendly and helpful. The pool is amazing, with fantastic views across the harbour to Valletta. Would happily stay again. Highly recommended.
