The hotel is managed well, and it is clean. The daily room cleaning services are also very good. Apart from that, the restaurant dining and souvenir shopping options close to the hotel are excellent. The only issues that we had were that our TV would not turn on and that the toilet seat would not stay up. Overall, I had a very good experience.

Loved the convenient location overlooking the park and the Cathedral. Fabulous three-tiered pool with the shaded area actually inside an renovated water tower! Very walkable area to all the cathedrals, barrios, restaurants, etc!

My visit was a bit of a mixed bag. The location was great, the hotel was nice enough and the staff were helpful and friendly. But it was so loud, I needed earplugs to sleep and the beds were basically like sleeping on cement they were so hard. I woke up with back pain every night.

Fun place to stay in Merida!
This is a fun place to stay. It's close to the city's main plaza and a lot of restaurants and bars. The immediate area is a little touristy, but it's only a block away from non-touristy areas. It can be a little noisy because of the location.

The place is really comfortable and quite nice, the price is good and the staff team is magnificent and friendly as well as safe. The only bad thing is that the parking lot is a bit far away but despite being late when I arrived at the hotel the staff accompanied me back and forth to return comfortably and safely to my room
