The room was mostly clean and a good size. Tv was broken, and hundreds of cigarette butts right near the playground, my daughter was running right by them, should really have someone cleaning those up.

I got a great price for this room and wasn’t expecting very much but it was a nice, big clean room with modern decor and a super comfy bed .The lady and the front desk was very friendly and accommodating. She went out of her way to find me a room that was ready as I arrived early ( shortly after noon) She personally walked to the rooms to find one that was ready for me. Breakfast was nice too! I would definitely stay in this hotel again . Hidden gem

The room was very clean! It was very quiet. It was a bit small...but the price was excellent! The heated pool was excellent and very clean! The breakfast was a full breakfast...eggs, sausage, home fries, toast, bagels, assorted pastries, cereal (hot & cold), juices, coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. Everything was very clean and tasty. We will be going again!

We were pleasantly surprised by our three nights (off season) at the Sunbird "Annex" property. I'm not sure why they call it the "annex" as it's on the same property as the main building and related facilities, and the rooms seem nearly identical, too. Our room looked to be recently renovated and was clean and functional, with laminate floor, nice TV, very comfy bed, frig and microwave, table, etc. Note that there are no elevators (that I saw), so request a ground floor room if that's an issue. Breakfast was in a good-size room in the main building (a 2 min walk across the parking lot) and was WAY better than we expected, with hot eggs, potatoes, and meat each day, as well as a cool pancake machine. Overall a good stay for a good off-season price.

First time staying at this resort. The room was clean and had both a microwave and good sized fridge. The property was nice and had grills to cook on and fire pits to relax at in the evening. The outside pool was clean and heated(at night it was not sure about during the day) Full complimentary breakfast is always nice. No complaints we will definitely be staying again!

Overall it was a good stay
The bed were very comfortable. Overall the room was clean beside the floor. When you walk on them, they turn my kids feet black. The heated pool outside was very clean and nice. The breakfast was ok, I wish they could change it up each day. The playground was awesome and the basketball court. The workers were very friendly and pleasant.

Excellent customer service. Got there and the AC unit was very loud. They moved us to another room with no problem. We lost a room key and was not charged to replace. The complimentary breakfast was also very convenient. My only complaint is that they had better options on weekends, would have liked the same options for the full week

This was a perfect stay for a few days. Quiet and clean with friendly staff. The heated pool was the star of the show! However, make sure you get up early for breakfast and carry your own towels, because despite providing towels, you would prefer your own. Additionally, I went out and came back at 5am and was unable to find parking. That was a little annoying. Otherwise, I would definitely visit again! Great value for money!
