Room was hardly clean when we arrived - dust and dirt on the floor. Wifi was terrible and did not work most of the time. Breakfast was advertised, but there was no breakfast. Lock broke and I was trapped in there for 10 minutes before it unjammed. I tried to call the front desk, but no one answers the phone.

The room was great! The kitchen was really useful! But the lift was broken, so getting bags to the room was challenging. You can't drive to it, so getting there was a little tricky. The desk is only open during check in hours, but even during that time there wasn't always someone there, and they didn't answer the bell (I tried on two occasions waiting for several minutes both times before giving up). The room itself was as described and exactly what we needed.

Good place in the old city
Had booked a 3 night stay in the low season for me and my friend and got a nice room with street view and as stated check in is at 3 and no earlier lol had to learn the hard way. Beds where comfortable just the duvet cover really shouted 2 star hotel. The lights in the bathroom went out and didn’t work for the rest half of our stay so we had to shower in the dark and the exhaust vent in the bathroom didn’t work at all. Some noise from the remodeling going on and they had the stairs closed off … over all it was very clean and worked for us

Rooms and bathrooms are clean. The bed is comfortable. The pros are the hotel is in a great central location… the cons are the rooms are very small and some have no windows.
