Disappointing Stay At Grand China
Second time staying at Grand China Bangkok. Lift and room looks old and need refurbishment. I dislike the reception staff because they act as if we owe them a living and not friendly. Cockroaches found inside my Suite Room and no soap or disposable toothbrush supply in bathroom. Shampoo have to be placed on the bathroom floor - looks pathetic and doesn’t feel like a 4 star hotel. Breakfast staff is ok but you get sick of the breakfast after the 5th day so we decided to go for McDonald’s breakfast instead. Will not book this hotel again

Longtime Reunion
Hotel right in the heart of Bangkok China Town with lots of street foods & delicious Chinese foods. Right behind and both sides of the hotel is full of electronic & mobile vendors & shops mostly wholesale cheap China products which attract locals & tourists. Hotel itself is old but is newly renovated, there is a Starbucks right at the hotel entrance which is convenient but it closed too early. Hotel front desk’s receptionist is always helpful & polite, the bellboy is very helpful at anytime. Overall I’ll stay in this hotel again.

Comfortable stay
Good hotel with friendly helpful staff. Close to the local sights and street food. Ensure you request a quiet room on a high floor to avoid the traffic noise. Will stay here again if I return to Bangkok.
