GREAT VALUE/COMFORT FOR A SHORT STAY!
Stayed here for 1 nite for our visit to Machu Pichu and it was great value and comfort. Nothing fancy, but walking distance from the train station and plenty of eateries/stores. They even went to the train station to walk us back to the hotel upon our arrival, so that was super nice after a long trek to MP. (Need to coordinate this service.) The breakfast was nothing to note, but it will do for an early jump up to Machu Pichu. Overall a great value and clean/comfy place. Highly Recommend!

There is no plug for your phone around your bed. There's no ac.. there's a dog from around the property that doesn't let you sleep not their fault Everyone is super nice. A walk to the train station is short.

Just okay
It was fine. The hotel has thin walls so you can hear noise and the hot water wasn’t very hot at all. It’s a greater distance from the train station but that gave us the opportunity to explore areas that aren’t as crowded. The best part of the hotel is the observation room at breakfast!

Our stay at this hotel was good. It was clean and a small breakfast was provided. There was a language barrier (I speak english) but it was no problem using google translate. Although this hotel is close to the train tracks, once you close the window, the noise is cut out. Also trains didn’t typically run at night.

The place itself was fine. The room’s bathroom fan was broken and clanking any time it was turned on. The view was of a broken down building. The staff was nice. Note that if you book on E it is almost double than if you book through the hotel itself. Something I wish I had known. Breakfast was small but decent.

I came with my wife and her mother and we had two rooms. The hotel was extremely clean and recently updated. The staff was some of the best we've experienced in terms of friendlyness and going above and beyond to take care of us. Breakfast on the seventh floor with a panoramic view of the river and mountains was definitely the highlight. Not to mention the price was excellent value. The town is very small so when I say the location is excellent, everything is only a 5 min walk away. Highly recommend

Over the top customer service
The service was amazing! We only stayed there one night and they included a light breakfast! They offered to store our luggage since we were going to MachuPichu on check-out day. The administrator and the cleaning crew made us feel so at home. They worked really hard to make us feel welcomed and comfortable. I would definitely recommend Qoya Palace!
