For the price of a regular hotel you get a mini apartment. The bed was firm and very comfortable, the sheets and towels were high quality and clean. The kitchen has minimal pots, pans, plates etc., but it was sufficient. The fireplace was nice and the room was nicely decorated. My only complaint is that the front desk agent acted as if it was bother to check me in. I will definitely stay here again.
Okay so I usually don't bother to leabe reviews. I stayed here last weekend and loved it so much that I came back this weekend and I'm writing from the room now. Lol so I absolutely love this place. The rooms have all amenities, even the little ones ypu aren't expecting like rags specifically to wipe your makeup off and a shower cap (I unfortunately left mine at home and then realized that there was one here after wrapping my hair in a grocery bag lol) these rooms are more like studio apartments not hotel rooms. The office staff from what I've experienced so far are all incredibly nice. I cant wait til this summer so we can use the pool but I dont know if id ever want to do a staycation anywhere else. On top of that, the rooms are really reasonable. 5 stars 🌟❤❤
All of the sheets were cleaned before we entered and they had plenty of complimentary items throughout the suite. They had a full kitchen, silverware, utensils and pots/pans. Very accommodating and helpful. Also had heated sidewalk which was very nice for the winter snow, but it didn't go all the way to our unit. The property was also under construction so this may have been due to that.
The rooms were big, beautiful and clean. Check in was fast and friendly and amenities were nice.
My room was beautiful. More like an apartment than a hotel room. I was only there 2 days so i didn't get to use it but the kitchen was awesome and i loved personal touches in the room, from the pictures on the wall to the record player and records. I would live in this room if i could. Will definitely stay here again.
Check-in was quick, friendly, and easy. As this is a collection of buildings, I checked in, then went back to my car, drove around to my building on the back of the property, and accessed my room from there. Not the most convenient, but not unique either. The added obstacle was that it had snowed that day, and the parking lots had not been particularly cleared yet. Add onto that that the central sidewalks to the complex had been cleared, but not the sidewalks towards the peripheral buildings, including mine, so I had to trudge through snow to get to my room. The room itself was almost wonderful. Full kitchen, sitting area, doored-off bedroom, bathroom, and a stacked washer/dryer. That’s a great value for the nightly rate. At check-in I was encouraged that the breakfast the following morning was a “full” breakfast, and indeed it had eggs, potatoes, sausage, ham, biscuits and gravy, and waffles. They had cleared most of the sidewalk snow by the following morning, so less snow walking was involved to get to breakfast. The TV has a wide variety of streaming services, but I never found any local connections. And when I went to check out, I discovered the phone didn’t work. I called on my cell, and the front desk attendant actually admitted to me that telephone service only worked to 3 of the 16 buildings. So, nice room, good rate, great breakfast (but not sure if that’s every day?), but some small annoyances, and not particularly recommended after a snowfall.
This place is very comfortable since it’s designed for extended stay - full-size fridge and stove, and cute little touches like a record player and records! Had a lot of privacy with our own private entrance. That also made us feel safer traveling during the pandemic. We enjoyed it a lot and would definitely stay here again.
Felt like we were in an apartment, would have been great if we were there longer. Our room even had a washer and dryer! Full kitchen too and close to shopping and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay
We made a quick weekend trip to Lincoln so my wife could run in a half marathon and we selected Annabel Gardens for its close proximity to the starting line. They are currently undergoing remodeling work so the property had construction stuff that was being used but our room was nicely and recently refurbished, was roomy and clean had all the amenities of a 1 bedroom apartment.. very enjoyable
Under construction and a bit of a mess. Very loud roadway close by, if you are noise sensitive for sleep I would avoid.
