Good hotel but need a proper overhaul
We stayed for one night, as we were taking the ferry the next morning and this hotel is at one of the best spots in the town. This is an old building and needs a proper overhaul, especially since the bathroom is very old. It is good for a one-night stay. Breakfast is on the top floor overlooking the port and provides one of the best views on the island! Breakfast is ok, not bad.
Nipa, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

The property is nice but when they advertise a city view the room looks straight across the very narrow road looking into a block of houses. City view must mean seeing the city not a block of flats 4 meters away
Thomas, 3-night trip

8/10 Very good

The staff was friendly and very helpful. The location was very good to get to the center and the waterfront. The rooms were very neat, clean, modern and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.
Sandra, 2-night trip

Sergio, 5-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

The place was alright and close to the beach, parking around there can be a bit tricky when it's busy though.
Zhiying, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Rooms were nice and clean but there was some visible wear to some of the furniture and bathroom. Staff were friendly and the hotel is very centrally located for the city centre and bus links to Knossos and the airport.
Kevin, 2-night trip

8/10 Very good

Good view.
We stayed on night on our way from Elounda to Chaina. It was just right for what we needed.
Elizabeth, 1-night trip

4/10 Fair

Basically like staying at a hostel with your own (dirty shower) bathroom. No room amenities like a a coffee maker. Get two bottles of water then have to pay 1€ each after.
Brandon, 2-night trip

Karen, 1-night trip

Newly renovated property, good breakfast, close to the Iraklion Museum, close to downtown restaurants and shopping. Nice view of the harbor and close to the Venetian pier.
