8/10 Very good

Good affordable choice

Good location, an easy walk to Frenchman and Bourbon Street. Felt very safe walking back to my room by myself in the middle the night. Plenty of good restaurants nearby. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Air conditioner worked well, and there was a ceiling fan above the bed. Shower not great, and there was no table or desk. I would stay again.

This is a historic hotel, so expect plenty of charm and a few creaks here and there. Check-in was quick and friendly, and my room was ready early. Beds were comfortable, doors locked tightly, and the private courtyard was lovely to enjoy on a sunny afternoon. Will be my go-to spot next time I’m in NOLA for its convenient Marigny location and affordable but high-quality experience.

I loved the decor. Very clean. Friendly staff
Rebecca, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Budget friendly

This is a great budget hotel. Free street parking. Their rooms are all different. Had a plumbing issue in a small room with no closet or hooks at all. Got moved to a bigger nicer room with a closet rack and frig. Staff is very nice. Good value.
Cynthia, 2-night trip

2/10 Poor

Could have been better/cleaner

It was gross. The pictures looked way better than it was. The room itself does have potential and could be a cute place to stay but it wasn't clean well at all. The was vomit on one of the sides of the bed, the trash can in the kitchen smelled like a dead animal after removing the trash bag from it, and there wasn't a whole lot of lighting. The location wasn't the cleanest either but I'm not sure if it was just that part of new Orleans or not.
Lisa, 2-night trip
