The room was Dusty hadn't been tested in a while had to go down and get clean sheets they never once come in to get cleaner room out of the 4-day stay and the swimming pool that was warm turned cold and nothing was done about it

I would upload my pictures, but the site will not let me. 1st room beds were not even made, 2nd room huge gab in the door, could see outsude into hall. 3rd room stain bath mat, stained sheets. Didnt look like it was vacuumed. Will never stay here again.

We checked in and out within 1 hour. Stains on our sheets. Nothing was clean. Under the bed made me about vomit. Staff offered to change sheets after coming to look at the room and nothing else.

If you need a clean room, don't stay here. It was so rundown that I went to the store and bought my own pillow and clorox wipes. I booked this hotel for two nights and I canceled my second night because I couldn't take being there longer than I had to. I had chosen this hotel for the breakfast and the pool. There was a sign on the pool door saying it was closed and the breakfast was terrible -- biscuits were frozen in the middle; cereal was stale; juice tasted off; fruit was mushy. I will not be returning.

Rooms need to be upgraded. install taller stools. gravy quite shy on sausage and extremely thick. biscuits cold, dry and hard. room attendees need to replace used shampoo, conditioner and body lotion containers. Everything worked in the room, lights tv, air/furnace. curtains need replacing. holes in several places.
